EPTL 3-6.2(a) defines "audit trail data" as follows for purposes of the New York Electronic Wills Act:
§ 3-6.2 Definitions For purposes of this part the following terms shall have the following meanings: (a) "Audit trail data" means data about the activities of data, including but not limited to the electronic will's creation and execution.
