§ 3-6.1 Short title

This part may be cited as the New York electronic wills act.

EPTL 3-6.1 is a short‑title provision only and does not establish execution requirements for electronic wills. It becomes effective on December 12, 2027. See L. 2026, ch. 89 (S.8887 / A.9497).
