Peter S. Gordon, a Director and founder of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, has been appointed as the new President of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) for the 2025–2026 term, succeeding Susan D.
