Peter S. Gordon, a Director and founder of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, has been appointed as the new President of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) for the 2025–2026 term, succeeding Susan D. Snyder. His appointment became effective on March 24, 2025.
