🔑 New York Will Eventually Adopt Its Own Trust Code, Not the Uniform Trust Code

Several states have adopted the Uniform Trust Code (UTC), but not New York. In fact, New York will not be adopting the UTC. Instead, there have been proposals to adopt its own trust code, "the New York Trust Code."
